  • Proficient in architectural drawings, structural drawings, civil drawing interpretation, and dimensional/elevation accuracy

  • Up to date with all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99 codes, International Plumbing Code (IPC) requirements, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Fire Rated Assemblies, and all other codes and requirements related to our scope of work
  • Exceptional in their ability to coordinate critical connections into hospitals’ functioning medical gas systems and domestic water and waste systems
  • Extensive experience with sanitary waste/vent and domestic water systems in other types of occupied facilities
  • Medical gas personnel are certified and licensed by National Inspection Testing and Certification Corporation (NITC), American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to complete any installation

Cayce Company has completed plumbing and medical gas projects all over the United States and Turks and Caicos Islands, St. Thomas, and the Dominican Republic, and are well-versed in procurement, shipping and handling of materials, work permit requirements, and customs processes. We have staff that retains current passports should your project require travel overseas.
